CH Muhammed Koya Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
The following qualifying requirements must be met by applicants:
- The student must be a member of the Christian Community or be a Muslim, Latino, or Converted.
- Students must reside in the state of Kerala.
- Students must be female and enrolled in government-sponsored or higher education institutions to be eligible for graduation.
- Additionally eligible are students who took the Common Entrance Examination and were admitted to self-financing colleges based on merit.
- A minimum of 50% of the available points must have been earned in the qualifying exams.
- The family income of the student should not exceed Rs. 8 lakhs annually.
- Students must be staying in approved hostels to be eligible for a hostel stipend.
- The award is not available to students who qualify for the hostel stipend.
- For the scholarship money to be paid out, students must have a bank account with a reputable institution.
