Curtis Jones was linked with a move away from Liverpool during the winter transfer window, with the England international out of contract in 2027 and no progress made on a new deal.
Wataru Endo could also be sold, as he too is out of contract next year. Meanwhile, Arne Slot is seeing diminishing returns from some of his Premier League title-winning favourites, with Alexis Mac Allister and Ryan Gravenberch struggling for the consistency they showed in the 2024/25 campaign.
Liverpool have also been linked with several summer transfer targets. Juventus winger Francisco Conceicao remains on their radar, a move triggered by Mohamed Salah’s confirmed departure at the end of the 2025/26 season.
Speculation has also suggested the Reds could pursue Bayern Munich’s Michael Olise. A new report has linked Liverpool with Juventus midfielder Khephren Thuram.
The potential transfer could spark a tussle with rivals Manchester United for the Old Lady’s number 19 as the summer window approaches.
The 25-year-old France international was heavily linked with a move to Anfield before joining Juventus from Nice in the summer of 2024.
Thuram has developed into a key figure for the Serie A side, featuring in 38 games this season, scoring three goals and providing four assists across all competitions. In total, he has scored eight goals and provided 12 assists in 89 appearances.
According to Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport, Liverpool, alongside Manchester United, have already made enquiries about Thuram. The Serie A club value the France international at around €40million.
Juventus could be forced to sell important players this summer if they fail to qualify for the Champions League, potentially opening the door for Liverpool to reignite their interest.
Thuram, under contract in Turin until 2029, faces a decision to either renew his deal or move on. The central midfielder is versatile, capable of operating in a more defensive role as well as in the middle of the park.
