Family and associates of social commentator Justice Mark Chidiebere, widely known as Justice Crack, have raised alarm after he went missing following a trip to Abuja on April 28, 2026, where he reportedly left for a meeting and has not been heard from since.

According to those close to him, Chidiebere informed his wife that he was heading out after receiving a phone call inviting him to an undisclosed meeting. Shortly after that, his phones were switched off, and all attempts to reach him have failed.

His sudden disappearance has triggered concern among relatives, friends and supporters, who are now uncertain about his whereabouts and fear he may have been abducted or taken into custody.

As of May 1, there has been no official confirmation from any security agency regarding his location or detention, deepening anxiety around the situation.

Some claims circulating among acquaintances suggest he may have been arrested by military personnel following a recent video in which he criticised conditions within the armed forces, particularly relating to the quality of food supplied to soldiers, though this remains unverified.

At a press briefing, his wife expressed distress over his disappearance and appealed to the Federal Government to intervene and clarify his status. She spoke emotionally about the impact on their young children, saying the family has been left in a state of uncertainty and fear.
