The Mysterious Girl singer lives in a lavish Surrey home with his wife and children.

Singer Peter Andre has returned to the limelight with new music, as his upcoming album Legacy is set to launch next month.

The British-Australian performer, who was born in England to Cypriot parents and raised in Australia, is known for his music as well as various TV appearances.

The Mysterious Girl star featured in the third series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! In 2004, where he famously met his now ex-wife Katie Price, with the pair going on to launch their own TV show.

We’ve taken a look into his life, including his past relationship with the glamour model and his home life now with five children.

How old is Peter Andre?

Peter is 53 years old, and rose to fame in the mid-1990s as a singer.

His family moved to Australia when he was a child, growing up as a Jehovah’s Witness and settling on the Gold Coast, before Peter moved back to the UK for his career.

Since then, he’s had numerous singles and albums, with his second studio album – which contained Mysterious Girl – peaking at number two when it was first released in 1996, but hitting the top spot when it was re-released in 2004, following his I’m A Celebrity stint.

In 2009, Peter released his sixth studio album, Revelation, which contained tracks Behind Closed Doors and Unconditional, with the album reaching the third spot on charts.

While his music career was flying, Peter also made regular TV appearances, including on Strictly Come Dancing in 2015, appearing in the 13th series with Janette Manrara, before he became the ninth celebrity to leave the competition that year.

Peter Andre’s marriage to Katie Price

Peter and Katie married after meeting in the jungle in early 2004, as they tied the knot at Highclere Castle just a year after dating.

Their fairytale wedding included a horse-drawn carriage, Katie wearing a sparkling crown, Peter in an all white suit, and Katie’s dress complete with a seven-metre train.

They went on to star in a series of reality television shows focused on their life with various spin-offs, from When Jordan Met Peter, to Katie & Peter: The Next Chapter, The Baby Diaries, and Unleashed.

But after four years together, and two children, Junior, born in June 2005, and daughter Princess, born in June 2007, Peter and Katie officially divorced in October 2009.

Their separation turned bitter and a feud since ensued, though recent reports state they’ve called a truce and closed the door on the past.

Katie went on to welcome two children, Bunny and Jett, with ex-husband Kieran Hayley, and also shares Harvey, 23, with ex Dwight Yorke, who Peter was a step-father too during their marriage.

Peter Andre’s relationship now

Peter married medical professional Emily in a romantic ceremony in 2015. They’ve gone on to welcome three children together, Amelia, 11, Theo, nine, and Arabella, who they welcomed in April 2024.

Their luxurious Surrey home often features on social media, giving fans a peek into the lavish five bedrooms, a grand cinema room, crushed velvet decor, a bespoke home gym, a playroom for the children and numerous framed photographs and memorabilia.

During an episode of his GB News programme, Peter reflected on his current marriage, saying: “We had a discussion before we got married, actually, and I knew I was going to stay with her forever so I thought, it’s all going to stay in the same place anyway, so it doesn’t matter. You have to understand that if somebody has come into a relationship, and somebody has created something before meeting you, you can understand someone being a bit scared or protective.

“But I think, and out of this conversation, I have realised that probably when you have children, that whole attitude changes. You are one unit when you get married, but much more so when you have children.”
